Seian has just arrived in Tokyo and is currently settling in. Though he has a basic knowledge of Japanese culture, he is, for the most part, entirely lost. Which, of course, may not be a good thing for him, given that whenever he's in an urban area, he loves to explore, and Tokyo is dangerous. His curiosity might well get the best of him, as it can well override his cautious nature to enough of a degree that it could be dangerous.
There are a lot of directions that Seian could go, but what I would like is for him to end up involved with the supernatural. Due to his background, he's currently a civilian, but I would like for him to eventually become a Devil Summoner, which fits well with his strong desire to learn as much as possible.

Did someone say Devil Summoner?
Meili has a public office Koshikawa and, while not famous, she is known by the more superstitious locals and helps with supernatural cases that goes on. So potentially he could wind up visiting her office. Meili can also guide him around since she's been in Japan since she was 11 and can relate to being a new place.

Having Seian and Meili meet could be pretty cool. It's really unlikely that Seian would actually seek her out unless he's already had a supernatural encounter already, and has pretty good reason to think it'd fall under that. While he's fairly open-minded, he's also a skeptic and is going to look for rational explanations before he assumes the supernatural- And of course, even when he finds something that does fall under that, he'll seek to understand it.
Her showing him around does sound pretty cool though. Maybe they could bump into each other and start talking?

Meili is a bit of a shut in so it would be unlikely that she will be out of her office. Maybe post pone their meeting until after his contact with the supernatural? If that can't be helped then maybe Meili would randomly run into her after she is done with one of her karaoke sessions.

Hm... I suppose I could probably postpone the meeting. Not entirely sure what to do in the meantime though.
I suppose I might be able to have him meet a very minor demon, and then seek her out after the encounter, perhaps...
