Tsukiko Yamamoto
Name: Tsukiko Yamamoto, nicknames are any variants of Tsukiko, along with “Yama-sama” for humor; her penname for essays and other documents is Tsukimoto Yamaguchi
Age: Twenty; born on May 21st, 1995
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Pansexual
Occupation: Mad Scientist; Director of the Quantum Physics and Time department of Sennou's underground research.
Alliance: The Sennou Corporation
Group: Persona-user; Awakened by a life-or-death situation
Weapons:
-The Axe of Super Divine Lightning
The above is the name Tsukiko gave to her battle ax. The head of the ax consist of a sharped edge intended for heavy slashes and quick cutting and a sharp spire extending straight from the weapon's shaft intended for lancing unfortunately-placed individuals. The weapon is composed of locking components, allowing it to be disassembled for ease of transport. Because of this, and the young lady's love of variety, there is an additional component that can be added to give length to the shaft. The shorter structure of the ax appears mostly as a battle ax intended for close-quarters combat. When the additional length is included, the weapon more resembles a halberd, allowing for a greater distance between herself and her target. Regardless of length, though, the bottom segment of the shaft is hollow, housing a further extension that can be triggered by pressing a number of small indentions of the bottom of the shaft in a certain order- a safety precaution implemented by the wielder.
When activated, the bottom of the shaft extends, revealing about a foot of highly-charged material, acting as a stun-rod to whatever unlucky bastard gets caught in it. For technical information, the rod itself discharges roughly five million volts into the recipient. Due to the composition of the shaft, the current is not conducted through the weapon. As a further precaution, Tsukiko's gloves were specifically created to protect against the current from this stun rod. This add-on is the reason for the unusual- and entirely ridiculous- name.
-Flashbangs
Flashbangs are fairly to-the-point in their usage. These utensils are designed to emit light to stimulate all cells in the eyes, rendering vision useless for roughly five seconds. Secondly, they emit the sound of an explosion to stir liquids in the ear, leaving a ringing to distort sound. They possess little destructive power on their own, but can easily burn a victim on contact if touched soon after or during the “explosion”.
-Flare Gun
Tsukiko's flare gun is a single-shot pistol that can fire 26.5 and 25 mm flares. The gun itself is German-made. The grip is rugged plastic. It's fairly standard-issue, compared to the rest of her tools.
-Martial Arts
Given her abilities with memorization, Tsukiko has a number of unarmed moves at her disposal. She never formally joined a discipline, so she's nowhere near what would be considered a master, but as for grappling, throwing, and whatnot? She's capable enough without a weapon.
-Tactics-
Despite her heavy loadout, Tsukiko rarely acts offensively. She typically does not engage in combat unless forced by the other party, or if her allies require assistance. That said, she makes up for a lack of elemental spells with Hel by using the flare gun and the stun rod. The flash bangs are typically used for quick escapes, or to distract enemies long enough to heal allies. While she prefers to keep a distance between herself and her opponents, she's definitely not incapable of dishing out damage with her halberd, or, if caught unarmed, her body.
Personality:
To try to sum up Tsukiko in one word would be very hard without using a very vague term. Random sometimes fits, but it does her no justice- and nobody that knows her well would seriously use that to describe her. Tsukiko has as many facets of a personality as there are different circumstances she ends up in. An onlooker might only see the happy-go-lucky girl brimming with energy, but the truth is infinitely more complex than that.
With those she considers friends, the young woman is a tease and a flirt- to both boys and girls- opting to emotionally torment those she cares for. She could be considered an emotional sadist of the vanilla variety, as she adores causing light upsets with those she's fond of. At the same time, though, she won't go beyond certain levels, being considerate enough to not cause too much trouble. . . unless the amusement is purely worth it. Generally, the closer someone is to her, the more she'll harass and tease them.
Those that have known her the longest, though, also get very special treatment. While she delights in their suffering that originates from herself, she's also a very caring person, quick to take note of anything that seems out of the ordinary, and just as quick to corner them and get them to talk about whatever the problem is, if they don't shoo her away. She offers compassion to those she likes, but not pity. She's the sort that offers a hand if so desired, but only to help the individual up- not guide them by the hand like a child.
Despite her offers of aid, though, she rarely accepts assistance from others, even friends. This is not because she doubts them or because she worries about debts, but because she simply prefers to overcome her issues by herself. Just like that, she also doesn't wish for anybody's sympathy or pity when they realize she has only one eye. If anything, she prefers to just be regarded as any other person, not really opting to gather attention for herself, despite her social nature.
Around friends and strangers alike, she's talkative, fairly open on a base level, and capable of mingling if she so desires. However, she's slow to open up to people in a more familiar manner, even those that she's around every day. That said, she's somewhat cynical of strangers, remaining a bit suspicious of most people long after passing the mutual relation of “acquaintances”. This could be partially attributed to the fact that she's working with Sennou, and even moreso due to her own private research endeavors.
Despite her intellect and mental capabilities, Tsukiko does not look down on others. In fact, she actually is the sort to give honest praise to those that do well on an average or above average level. She respects those that work hard for the things they want. However, she's also exceedingly free-spirited. The moment someone attempts to talk down to her on an intellectual level, or command her to do something the “right” way when her own methods are satisfactory, pandora's box is opened and the girl flaunts her knowledge at offender, comparing her existing triumphs to their fleeting “accomplishments”, completely deriding her “opponent” until they back down like dogs.
That said, Tsukiko is a vengeful person. She's forgiving of innocent mishaps and the like, but those that intentionally do things to bother her in a non-jocular manner? She's a beast that knows no mercy. It doesn't help that she has naturally short patience. Not only that, but her memory ensures that she won't forget the dues she owes people; she may forgive someone if they earnestly apologize, but she won't forget their transgressions. Typically, if the young lady can't pay her vengeance back in a timely fashion, she just adds interest. It's usually with these situations that Tsukiko shows how vicious she can be, usually including below-the-belt attacks- both literally and figuratively. And mercy upon those that actually betray her trust.
Her playfulness, though it could easily be seen as laziness, carries over to her official research in the labs, where she can often be found slacking off while her tests are reviewed by machines, using them only for professionalism's sake. That said, she does take pride in her own research, actually entirely serious whenever dealing with it. While she has her own set of morals and personally-imposed limitations, there are a number of things that she tends to turn a blind eye to.
Anytime in which Tsukiko is serious, such as specialized field research, or in anything that requires her as a professional (that she's willingly involving herself in), her seriousness finally comes out. Her logical mindset displays itself in all its glory as she analyzes every small thing, everything becomes business, and her already short patience becomes increasingly shorter. Conversations with this “mode” of Tsukiko are practically one-sided unless they're related to the subject of her concentration, filled with blunt and short responses, usually kept to three words or less, if at all possible.
Very rarely does the girl allow herself to fall into an obligation to another person. If at all possible, she tries to avoid making promises, and will employ a number of social manuevers to avoid giving a definitive response. This is because the girl is far too honest, feeling guilty over any promise she breaks. Related to that, the girl often refuses to lie, though she's not against only giving part of the full truth, or playing with words to get around giving a straight answer.
Likes and Dislikes:
There are a great many things in the world. Tsukiko has some rather varied stances on many things, varying from object to concepts.
Tsukiko has a great many things that she views favorably. At the forefront, she adores life. She loves the world as it is, filled to the brim with all forms of creatures and people- the world based on the ever-changing scale of chaos and order. She enjoys exposing herself to other people, if only to observe and watch them. She also finds herself fond of most animals- not all, though, as there are a few very special exceptions. She also enjoys a number of foods, but there are a few that really stand out with her. Cold pizza, for example, is a dish she loves with all her heart- opting to eat it every morning. She is also fond of a number of odd things, mixtures, and sweets, sometimes going out of her way to experiment with flavors by stirring or spicing foodstuffs or drinks in unorthodox ways. She also likes having things in her mouth- from gum, to electronic cigarettes, and more. Another thing that the young lady absolutes loves is horror and telling stories of the genre to others.
Like every human, however, there are a great many things that the young lady views with disdain. At the top of that list, there are a few things that she cannot quite list in an order of which she hates the most. One of these is the collective race of rabbits- every single one of the furry multiplying monsters. Another thing near the top of the list is her mother, though this is a psychological issue more than genuine hatred. She's exceedingly unfond of being forced to do without her fun, or of people getting in the way of her experiments. She hates normalcy and any semblance of imposed order, finding it to be restraining and stressful. She dislikes overly sour things entirely, despite her joy in mixing things, and tends to dislike spicy drinks- though not foods.
History:
From birth, Tsukiko was a very intelligent child. Her ability with memorization was strong due to begin with, and it was honed further by her parents' urging her on. From birth to the age of six, everything went fairly well. While six years of age, the family went on a trip to a psychiatrist for the mother. Unfortunately, they managed to run off the edge of a cliff due to what appeared to be a fault on the driver's- her father's- part. Plenty happened that day, including the death of both of Tsukiko's parents, and the loss of her left eye.
What's generally unknown to official records is that Tsukiko was the one that killed her mother- albeit, indirectly. In reality, up to that event, Tsukiko had been mostly emotionless. She never smiled, never laughed, never displayed any signs of happiness or sadness. By all means, though, she was the perfect pupil, able to memorize most things without even putting forth effort. This was exceedingly trying on the mother, however. She was happy her girl was smart, but she worried so much for her well-being, the stress eventually wearing herself down.
On the day of the crash, the father died immediately. Tsukiko found herself unable to move simply from the shock of impact. Her mother, thrown off the hinge by her husband's death, considered death for both herself and her daughter. The daughter, unable to react physically, felt emotion for the first time- complete and utter fear at the thought of death. Her mother spouted out gibberish between assurances that everything would be all right- that she'd be able to be happy with her parents very soon.
Jagged metal was handled much like a dagger. It struck true into Tsukiko, but not where the mother had wished, as something had broken free and blown the woman forward, dead. Her head had splattered open onto the already, dirty dashboard. Tsukiko was dragged free by her Persona that had saved her, though she herself was still unable to move. More than that, she could only faintly scream as tears mixed with blood rushed from her left eye. She survived the explosion of the vehicle that followed- which officially claimed her parents' lives- but not unscathed. Her left eye was gone, compliments of her mother's broken-down mind.
She was relatively well off, financially, though, as her father was the owner of a small, but successful business. The money that paid for her treatments at the hospital originated from her father's savings. While there, the girl took up a much bigger focus on learning than she had before. It was around that time that her memorization abilities became what they are in the present, with her able to recall practically anything she was exposed to.
After getting out of the hospital, the girl officially went under the custody of her grandfather on her father's side, but, in truth, the girl was the one who made all of the decisions for herself by that point. By the time the girl had aged to eight, under the guise of “home schooling”, she had memorized the texts of college-level material, her mind showing great capability in calculation on top of memorization. By the age of nine, she was using her grandfather as a proxy to get into the stockmarket, buying cheap stock in companies that had the elements symbolizing an increase in size. During the lapse of yen compared to the American dollar in 2009 and early 2010, the girl went into a bit of debt, as she greedily bought up stocks of businesses that were trying to avoid bankruptcy. In the following months, her debts were quickly paid off by the great pay-off her investment offered.
Back to when she was younger, at the age of ten, or in the year 2005, she moved into a boarding school, opting to finish her schooling- despite her obvious lack of necessity for it. During her time there, she experimented with emotions, desiring to see how humans ticked. She continued learning about others' emotions through implementation of any number of cruel and disturbing stimuli through most of her elementary and middle school education. By the end of her third year of middle school, she had decided that, through everything, human emotion was one of the most entertaining things to experiment with. Coinciding with that decision, she backed out of boarding school and registered with a normal high school.
There, she joined the girl's softball team as a form of entertainment. Her grades were perfect, which was no surprise to her, given her memory. She was also very sociable, and she had a habit of popping up just about anywhere at any given time. Really, anywhere. By all means, she was fairly well known around school, for any number of reasons. It was hard to have a neutral view of the young lady- one would either love or hate her. In her senior year, she found not one but two underclassmen to bother- and both foreigners, at that! That was where and when Tsukiko met with Meili and Anna, the three somehow managing to be good friends despite the slight age gap.
After graduation, she took up a job with Sennou, though she neither announced or shared this information- simply saying that she found a job that allowed her to “get by”. To this day, she's actually very wealthy, her activities with Sennou only for the benefit of her research.

Hel's stats are rather odd. In terms of luck, Hel excels. Everything else is about average.
Other info:
-Daughter of Loki
Hel is the Norse goddess of the dead, and the daughter of Loki and Angrboda. It was not long after her birth that she was banished from Asgard by Odin. Sent to Niflheim- the Norse's “underworld”- she became the queen of those that died by old age or illness. She was said to be half-flesh-colored and half-black, stated to have the visage of a monster. In this case, Hel's black skin and more monstrous features are hidden by the cloak that can be seen when called out by Tsukiko.
-Transmutation
Originally, Tsukiko's Persona was not Hel. Hel came about as the development of the woman's mental state, which has only grown increasingly odd and disturbed as she aged.
-Tracker
Hel is capable of registering presences within a kilometer of Tsukiko's position. This is purely free-analysis, unable to determine anything aside from a general strength level and whether the individual is human, Shadow, or demon.
-Analyzed Tracking
In retrospect to simple tracking, anybody that has been analyzed by Hel's Full Analysis can be tracked to an exact location within four kilometers of Tsukiko's position.
-Transmitter
Allies near Tsukiko can be given a mental "image" of an analyzed target, allowing them to see essentially the same information as she can, or just what she filters to them.

Additional Notes:
-Tsukiko lost her left eye due to an accident at age six. Since then, she's adapted. She uses a glass eye to fill her left socket, though, due to wishing to not stick out. Very few people actually know that her left eye is a fake.
-Originally, Tsukiko had heterochromia. Her glass eye, however, matches her right eye.
-Though there is nothing wrong with her remaining eye, Tsukiko wears glasses usually. It's mostly for appearance, however.
-While her vision is pretty much perfect, Tsukiko is, in fact, exceedingly photosensitive. Because of this, she tends to wear sunglasses outside and use heavy, black curtains in her rooms to seal off as much light as possible.
-Every night, unless something extraordinary is going on, Tsukiko orders a pizza to have for breakfast the next morning. After getting it, she immediately puts it in a refrigerator to eat cold the next morning. These pizzas are generally ten inches wide, and have three toppings. Two of the toppings are dedicated to whatever meats she wants, while the third is whatever she's been craving at the time. It should also go to note that she eats the entire thing by herself. Every morning.
-Due to her having a fondness for having something in her mouth, she does sometimes have a cigarette between her lips, but there are a few major things to note about this. One, the cigarettes she “smokes” have no nicotine or other harmful substances and give off no smoke. They are electronic, based purely on water vapors and counteractive drying agents, and are generally completely safe.
-Tsukiko has three places she can reside. Two of these are used. One is her legal residence that she owns, while the other is located in the underground labs at Sennou. She also has a habit of crashing with friends that let her get away with it.
-When she attended high school, she had a habit of not caring about the uniform, sometimes waltzing in in the boy's uniform, or in casual clothes. Somehow, she managed to get by with it.
-In regards to her dressing habits, Tsukiko will dress in “whatever is socially acceptable” outside. Typically, however, this includes raggedy jeans with worn-out knee fabrics and completely-split hems in the bottoms that go up several inches. Her shirts are usually in good condition, though.
-Seventy percent of the time, she has pajamas on, even under her outside clothes. She walks inside wearing jeans and a shirt? She'll give a playful strip tease before revealing a normal set of pajamas under her clothes. It's not unusual for her to be in the lab, prancing around casually in her PJ's.
-She can, and often will, dress up in odd costumes, most being popular cosplay stereotypes- from maids, to nurses, and even magical girls.
-For a long while, Tsukiko had a pet wolf she raised nearly from birth. Unfortunately, the wolf died due to a weak body. While it bothered her, Tsukiko has since acquired a pet bobcat, who she has named “Fluffy Wumpkins” in English.
-She uses computers purely to go back and check her work. Her mind functions at a rate rivaling that of a computer's. She actually tested something out and managed to out-compute a computer. Because of this, she typically uses them, aside from personal entertainment, to go back to triple-check her work- purely for professionalism's sake. She very rarely records any form of blueprints or documentation unless it's done for the benefit of friends, as she retains all the knowledge in her head.
-She crafted a VR simulator for the sake of easing new Persona-users into the groove at Sennou. There are a number of rules regarding the use of the simulator, and only three can go into the VR at the same time. She also sometimes uses it as a medium for horror stories.
-To accommodate her original lack of depth perception, Tsukiko took up baseball and practicing in batting cages. She managed to overcome her problems, but, despite that, she still plays or goes to the batting cages on occasion, whenever she has the chance.
-Every month or two, Tsukiko has a habit of disappearing for three to five days without a trace. She makes no effort to communicate during these periods, and she poofs without warning.
-Her phobia/hate for rabbits came from a nightmare during her stay in the hospital. It was inspired after reading “Alice in Wonderland” . . . and a number of related works and comics.
