Given that Eriko would be able to sense a resonance with Mikhail, she'd not let her guard down around the man. Now, assuming he doesn't go about and let his face be seen as the leader of the Plague, that's about as far as it would go- suspicion about him, caution in regards to whether or not he's an enemy. If she was aware that he was the oh-so-mighty king rat, though, he'd be at the top of her "Needs to Die Soon" list.
Where did you want these two to stand? Well, more correctly- where does Mikhail stand on Mikhail = Leader of Plague to the public eye? That's the cornerstone of any relationship these two have.

To answer your question with another, why wouldn't Mikhail put himself up on pedestal? So yeah, he'll definitely be on her hit list... #1 as always. Just the way he likes it. Your sense of humor is both creepy and odd. But, yeah, if he makes his face obvious, then he'd definitely have all the attention he could hope for and more coming from her- along with a ton of lead and a winter's freeze. I don't really think there is a way for them to reconcile. At all. And I am perfectly all right with this.

*cackling like a maniac* Finally someone for Hiroaki to attempt to murder!!! : D er I mean...yeah...
Hiroaki's obsession with the Dragon's will cause him to have...pretty much a yandere tendency when it comes to them, thus he'll be hunt down any opposition. In fact, he already has a neat little record in fact that he personally killed a few plauge members.
Since Mikhail is the leader, no doubt Hiroaki will try all sorts of things to kill him, be it running motor vechiles into him, setting up situations that'd get him run over by a subway train, setting off chain explosions, or engage in direct combat with Mikhail. Hiroaki could honestly careless about what Mikhail thinks off him just so long as he is dead. Hell, one can argue that if Hiroaki takes a stab at Mikhail it would be more for the Dragons but a little bit because he gets a sadistic kick out of deflating egos.
