Tsukiko Yamamoto
Tsukiko is a force the can be considered magnetic or repulsive depending on the second person. She is eccentric to an extreme degree. She's an energy that cannot be quantified, a chaos that cannot have a law scribbled for its description. That said, she does have a number of roles in the world, some known, others secret- just as she has a number of faces, some known, while others are kept entirely to herself. Outwardly, she's a lover of life and of humans, enjoying both observing and stimulating the latter.
Friends
“Sure I may tease you, but you can always rely on me.”
Though not all are able to adjust or tolerate her, some do, in fact, enjoy being in her presence. In retrospect, some do not have the choice of deciding on their own, as she enjoys being in their presence. Whichever case, Tsukiko is honest and faithful to her friends. She may tease them, harass them, embarrass them, or push them in every way, shape, and form, just short of outright violence, but she never crosses the invisible lines that she draws for every individual. She bears no ill will, but enjoys stimulating her friends to see what responses they give- it's a process not at all unlike experimentation. She's reliable, but playful- increasingly so the closer she is to someone.
I'm open to both new and pre-existing friendships with Tsukiko. New friendships would be slow to form, but they could most certainly occur. As for pre-existing friendships, there could be some between her and the other directors, and members of Sennou in general, as she does get around. For less faction-like relationships, she was in high school only a short while ago. Given her massive presence there, it's very likely that some still keep contact with her- I know she has a few cute underclassmen that do.Though it may be more accurately described as the other way around.

“Sorry! Permission to leave alive has been revoked. Please forsake your gods, for they have forsaken you.”
It'd be pretty difficult to have Tsukiko acknowledge someone as an enemy. Even if one were to express themselves as perfectly willing to kill her, she would not be too bothered. This is not because she's that easy-going, though. It's because she considers very few people enough of a threat that they could actually follow up on their threats.
I'm open to one-sided hatreds and the like. I'm also open to someone in the factions, or perhaps an Embodiment or two hating her and trying to attack her. Actual fights with her would be more like games for her, though. See how you work when she slaps you with a Debilitate! I don't have any in-depth ideas here, given that there'll be plenty of faction-based warfare later, but, hey, shoot an idea my way.
Romance?!
“Is your heart going doki-doki? I don't see why- I couldn't have been the first choice. Are you sure you wanna head down my route? Their aren't any ero-scenes.”
Tsukiko is pansexual. Gender, standing, race (either in nationality or in human versus demon/Shadow), social status? All things she couldn't care less about. Of course, despite that, she also could not be bothered to be serious. She has her own goals, and, therefore, would not simply fall for another person so long as she had something to work on. Now, would she perhaps reciprocate, to a degree, if someone confessed to her? I could see her humoring the other individual, but it'd really be a case-by-case deal to see if she'd be serious throughout the entirety.
So, yes, she won't crush on somebody. However, I'm perfectly fine with someone falling head over heels for her. She's eccentric, but she's by no means a bad person. I would not be shocked if she managed to wrap someone around her finger by accident throughout high school or during her magical girl outings. Shoot ideas my way?

I want Tsukiko to have a confidant of sorts. This person would be very reliable in terms of personality- may not be the strongest person in a fight, though, so don't feel like you have to limit yourself if you have a weaker demon/Persona. This person would have to inspire a great deal of trust from Tsukiko, and be willing to help her in certain experiments of hers. Depending on how the conflict of the factions turns out, or even depending on the politics within Sennou, this person would likely be Tsukiko's greatest game piece, and would also be able to assist her in her single greatest experiment. Gender is irrelevant, by the way.
