History: Kenzo grew up in an average house with average parents. Growing up, he grew up with his parent’s ideas about religion of Christianity and didn’t mind it. He easily conformed into it and was baptized and confirmed.
As he grew up, he gained a desire to help people and normally did what he can to help people, while not trying to make it obvious that he wanted to help them. Though he didn’t want to admit it, he liked the attention of helping others. He also began to speculate about the existence of the mythical creatures like in the bible, but he didn’t actively seek them out.
However, when he was 17, while Kenzo was walking back home from the park late at night, he got lost and then accidentally walked into the Rift without realizing what he was doing. In there, he came in contact with his shadow, the reverse Hierophant. His shadow taunted him with the idea that he only wanted to help people to get self-recognition and that deep within his subconscious, he didn’t trust a single person. Though at first he didn’t want to admit it, he eventually came to terms with the fact that the shadow had some truth to it and he accepted it. Satisfied, the shadow then manifested itself as the Persona, Hokuto Seikun.
He found that his persona was able to track and locate people, treasures and even monsters with ease. It was also able to give information on the enemy and any attacks or skills it may have as well as a variety of other things. At first, Kenzo wasn’t sure what to do with his powers and decided to keep it secret.
However, a year later, he was approached by a mysterious person and was asked to join SEES, a group that was designed to eliminate all the “enemies” in the area. Though at first he doubted the validity of this statement, he still decided to join, as he wanted to eradicate those things and help people.

Full Analysis: Reveals an enemy's stats, weak points, and any attacks or skills it may use.
Treasure Radar: Able to locate specific treasures in the city. If in a building, it is unable to locate the exact floor in which it is in.
Enemy Radar: Reveals the location of all enemies in the city. However, it is not very specific on what type of enemies they are or what floor they are in if they are in a building.
Communication: Using his persona, he is able to communicate and keep track of any member of SEES from any position as long as they are in the city.
Escape Route: Is able to teleport a group of people from anywhere in the city to his location. The maximum he can transport is 4 and it uses up a lot of his energy, making him unable to use his persona for the rest of the thread.
Shield: As long as the persona is summoned, a shield surrounds him and his persona, preventing people from reaching him and attacking him. But, he cannot move when the shield is up and therefore, whenever he summons his persona, he cannot move from his current position.
Strengths and Weaknesses: Hokuto Seikun is not a Persona geared for combat and therefore, unapplicable for weaknesses as it does not fight.

He administers the life and death of a person, and judges their actions in life which he then use to decide whether one goes to heaven or hell. Also known as the Lord of the Northern Hemisphere, Wise Man of the North Star or the Big Dipper.
