Plot
The board date is moving to December! Please have all new threads dated for December only. Persona experiments are taking place in greater frequency within Sennou labs. The Dragons are becoming festive with the new year approaching! Snow fall is predicted in frequency. Beware of moving snowmen. And demon icicles. Citizens are encouraged to remain indoors at night, or at least to never travel alone after dark.
Annoucements
OTM/OTQ nominations will maybe start soon!
Needed
Now that the purge has taken place, it's time to update this! The Dragons number at four, where Sennou and Plague tie together at three. SEES has a whopping six members currently! I'm considering a temp-ban on neutral characters so that the factions can receive a few new members. SEES itself is fine, but if they get a seventh member before any of the other factions get more attention, we may put it nearing ban or temp-ban.
Erith
Yo~ Erith here. Some of you may know me by other names, like Shira, though. I came up with the concept for the board and typed up all the info jazz. If you need any assistance, I'm probably lurking nearby if I'm not logged in. Or I'm at class or in bed. I hope to have a fun run with you all~
Contact
For any matters requiring staff, please just PM me on my administrative account. After a few run-ins with nasty-nasties, I tend to not have my contact information right in the open.
Kitten4u
Hello, I am Kitten4u the cute and lovable mascot of WN! I made the skin and did all the coding. If you have any questions feel free to ask me, especially if it's in regards to the IC box, which uses a chat program I don't think most of you have even seen let alone used. I look forward to playing with all of you~

Coming soon!
The board has just opened, so we haven't had time to spotlight anyone! If we get enough activity with in the next few weeks we'll have some nominations and voting, so get out there, interact with people, get your characters active, invite your friends and have fun!
Guest Forum (2 sub-boards) This is the only board in which guests can post. Feel free to ask questions about the site or comment! Advertisements go in their respective sub-boards.
Plots and Requests (1 sub-board) This is where any plots you have for your characters can be posted. You may also post requests for other characters here.
Digital Interactions This is where all IC cell phone, IM, chat messages, and blog-related things can go.

Toshima
Ikebukuro (2 sub-boards) Ikebukuro is the entertainment center of the Toshima ward. It's also the home of the second busiest train station in Japan. Sunshine 60 is located here, as well as the Sennou Corporation's main building.
Sugamo (1 sub-board) Sugamo is a laid-back neighborhood. It's fairly well-known for Toginukijizo Dori. Festivals are held in this area three times a month.

Bunkyo
Hongo (1 sub-board) Hongo is the home to many schools, and has been considered a school area since the Meiji era. The most notable educational establishment here is the University of Tokyo.
Koshikawa (1 sub-board) Koshikawa is a somewhat more quiet location. The Korakuen Garden is located here, as well as several elementary and middle schools. Tokisaka Manor, home to the head of the Dragons, is also located here.
Kabukicho (1 sub-board) Kabukicho is one of Shinjuku's red-light districts. A number of restaurants, host and hostess bars, love hotels, and clubs can be found here. One of the Dragons' larger brothels can be found here, along with a number of their enterprises.
Ichigaya Ichigaya has a few universities. More importantly, it's where the Ministry of Defense has its headquarters. The Japanese Ground Self-Defense Force resides there. As a side note, the Japanese Go Association is also located here.
Akihabara The legendary region for otaku. Aside from anime and manga, Akiha also has a number of electronics and computer stores. It's often a place where the Plague performs recruitment drives.
Yurakucho Japan Airlines operates out of a building in this district. Yurakucho is also a place to experience Japanese life from an earlier period, with its outdoor yakitori restaurants and izakaya. Occasionally, Yurakucho is decided as a meeting place for the Dragons.

Shibuya
Shibuya Specifically, Shibuya refers to the area surrounding Shibuya Station. It's one of Japan's fashion centers, specifically for young people. This is where most of the Plague's Japanese recruits come from.
Yoyogi (1 sub-board) Yoyogi is divided into ten districts. A large portion of the area is used by the police force, fire department, and postal service. It is also the home to Yoyogi Park, a breeding ground for demons at night.
Roppongi An active night club area, Roppongi is popular with locals and foreigners alike. A number of condominiums and international restaurant chains are also located here.

Aoyama Aoyama is another popular entertainment area located in the Minato ward. Japan's first municipal cemetery, Aoyama Reien, is also located here. Supposedly, there's activity in the cemetery at night.
Odaiba (1 sub-board) Odaiba is an artificial island in Tokyo Bay, connected to the rest of Tokyo by the Rainbow Bridge. It is a commercial, leisure, and residential area. It's also where the leader of the Plague resides and sends orders down into the masses.

The Rift
Nightmare House (2 sub-boards) Not a single area of the Rift, but the effect of a gradual merge of many. Nightmare House is a mansion-sized structure within the Rift, filled with a number of "horror" items. From disembodied figures pinned to the walls and strange runes drawn in blood to strange noises and bad lighting, Nightmare House is the single horror thrill ride of the Rift. Just try not to let the Shadows add you to the props.
Midnight Productions Another structure-based area, Midnight Productions is what appears to be a TV station. Everything inside is illuminated in a dark red light, making it seem like the inside of a photographer's dark room. Several "functional" clocks are inside, though only the second hand ticks- the hour and minute hands on all remain glued to the twelve.

Emerald Lake A barren wasteland surrounds a large green lake. Stone steps lead into the lake. Despite the fact that the lake is filled with water- or some other liquid- breathing is possible. Visibility decreases as the depth increases. Various structures and floating refuse are in these waters- but keep a watch on your six, so are Shadows.
